"Sweet Paws" Loyalty Program Rules
Welcome to the "Sweet Paws" program, the Pumpum Desserts loyalty club, created to thank you for your preference and to make your experience with us even sweeter.
This document establishes the rules (hereinafter, the "Rules") of the loyalty program (the "Program"), offered by Pumpum Desserts (hereinafter, "we," "us," or "Pumpum Desserts").
Through the Program, customers who meet the requirements (hereinafter, the "Member" or "you") can earn points, which we'll affectionately call "Paws," for their purchases and use them to obtain discounts on future orders, in accordance with these Rules. Participation in the Program implies your knowledge and express acceptance of all the conditions established herein.
1. Eligibility and Participation
1.1. Requirements: To be a Member, you must be a resident of Mexico and be over eighteen (18) years of age.1.2. User Account: It is essential to have a valid and active user account on our website, www.pumpumdesserts.com. Registration is free and is subject to our general Terms and Conditions. You must be logged into your account before completing a purchase for your Paws to be earned. Purchases made as a guest are not eligible for the Program.1.3. Personal Nature: Membership is personal, non-transferable, and is limited to one (1) account per person and email address.1.4. Acceptance of the Rules: By creating an account and participating in the Program, you agree to these Rules. Failure to comply with them may result in the cancellation of your membership and the forfeiture of all accumulated Paws, at our sole discretion.1.5. Privacy: To understand how we handle your personal information in relation to this Program, please consult our Privacy Notice.2. Modification and Termination of the Program
2.1. Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Sweet Paws" Program, or any part of these Rules, at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. We recommend you review these Rules periodically.2.2. Continued Participation: Your continued participation in the Program after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of said modifications.3. How to Earn Paws
3.1. Earning through Purchases: Members earn Paws by making purchases of eligible products through our website, provided they are logged into their account.3.2. Earning Rate: One (1) Paw will be awarded for each one Mexican peso ($1.00 MXN) of the final amount paid for products.The "final amount paid" is the total for products after applying any other discounts or coupons.This calculation explicitly excludes shipping costs and any other additional charges.3.3. Rounding: The number of Paws awarded for each purchase will be rounded to the nearest whole number.3.4. Crediting: Paws will be credited to your account once the order has been marked as completed and delivered.3.5. Exclusions: Paws will not be awarded on fraudulent transactions, or on the amount paid with Paws.3.6. Other Ways to Earn Paws (Promotions): Occasionally, we may offer Paws for other activities, such as: welcome bonuses, birthday gifts, for writing product reviews, or during other special promotions. The conditions for these earning opportunities will be communicated at that time.4. Value, Transfer, and Expiration of Paws
4.1. No Monetary Value: Paws are not money, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred.4.2. Expiration: Paws earned during a calendar year (from January 1 to December 31) will expire on December 31 of the second subsequent year.Clear Example: All Paws you earn during 2025, regardless of whether it was in January or November, will expire and be removed from your account on December 31, 2027.4.3. Checking Your Balance: You can check your Paws balance and transaction history at any time in the "My Account" section of our website.5. How to Redeem Your Paws
5.1. Redemption Rate: Every one hundred (100) Paws are equivalent to one Mexican peso ($1.00 MXN) discount applicable to the product total of your order.5.2. Redemption Limit per Order: In a single purchase, the maximum discount that can be obtained by redeeming Paws cannot exceed thirty percent (30%) of the product subtotal (the amount before shipping and after other discounts).Clear Example: If the total for your desserts is $500 MXN, you can use your Paws to cover a maximum of $150 MXN of that total.5.3. Redemption Process: The option to apply your available Paws will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.5.4. Cancellations and Refunds: If an order in which Paws were redeemed is canceled in accordance with our policy, the Paws used will be returned to your account. If a refund is processed for a product, the Paws that were earned for the purchase of that product will be deducted from your balance.5.5. Application: Redeemed Paws only apply as a discount on the cost of products; they cannot be used to cover shipping costs.6. Additional Conditions
6.1. Auditing and Voiding of Paws: We reserve the right to audit your account and void any Paws earned in error, through fraud, or in violation of these Rules.6.2. Account Security and Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.6.3. Exclusively Personal Use: The Program is designed for the personal use of end consumers. Commercial use is prohibited.7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Exclusion for Technical Failures: Pumpum Desserts will not be liable for technical failures, errors, or interruptions that may affect the operation of the Program.7.2. General Release: By participating, you release Pumpum Desserts and its affiliates from any claim or damage arising from your participation in the "Sweet Paws" Program.8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. Applicable Law: These Rules are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States.8.2. Jurisdiction and Competent Courts: For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Tampico, Tamaulipas.9. Contact
