Welcome to Pumpum Rewards, the Pumpum Desserts loyalty club, created to thank you for your preference and to sweeten your experience with us even further.
This Program is offered by Pumpum Desserts (hereinafter, the "Provider" or "Pumpum Desserts"). This document sets forth the rules (hereinafter, the "Rules") of the loyalty program (the "Program").
Through the Program, customers who meet the requirements (hereinafter, the "Member" or "you") may accumulate points for their purchases and use them to obtain discounts on future orders, as well as access exclusive birthday benefits, in accordance with these Rules. For the purposes of these Rules, loyalty points are referred to as "Pumpum Points". Participation in the Program implies your knowledge and express acceptance of all the conditions established herein.
1.1. Requirements. To be a Member, you must be a resident of Mexico and at least eighteen (18) years of age.
1.2. User account. A valid and active user account on our website, www.pumpumdesserts.com, is essential. Access to your account is performed using your email and password only. Registration is free and is subject to our general Terms and Conditions. You must sign in to your account before completing a purchase in order for your Pumpum Points to be accumulated. Purchases made as a guest are not eligible for the Program.
1.3. Personal nature. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one (1) account per person and email address.
1.4. Acceptance of the Rules. By creating an account and participating in the Program, you accept these Rules. Only in the event of proven fraud or abuse of the Program may we cancel your membership and void the accumulated Pumpum Points and current benefits, upon prior notice to you informing you of the objective cause that gives rise to the measure.
1.5. Privacy. To learn how we process your personal information in connection with this Program, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
2.1. Right to modify. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Pumpum Rewards Program, or any part of these Rules, at any time. Any change will be effective upon its publication on our website, and we therefore recommend that you review these Rules periodically.
2.2. Respect for accumulated Pumpum Points. In the event that the Program is modified or terminated, the Pumpum Points that you have already accumulated will be respected, and we will grant you a reasonable grace period during which you may use them before they cease to have effect. Such period will be communicated to you in a timely manner.
2.3. Continued participation. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute your acceptance of such changes, without prejudice to the rights recognized to you under consumer protection legislation.
3.1. Accumulation through purchases. Members accumulate Pumpum Points when making purchases of eligible products through our website, provided that they have signed in to their account.
3.2. Accumulation rate. One (1) Sweet Paw will be awarded for each Mexican peso ($1.00 MXN) of the final amount paid for the products. The "final amount paid" is the product total after applying any other discount or coupon. This calculation expressly excludes shipping costs and any other additional charge.
3.3. Rounding. The number of Pumpum Points to be awarded on each purchase will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
3.4. Crediting. Pumpum Points will be credited to your account once the order has been marked as completed and delivered.
3.5. Exclusions. No Pumpum Points will be awarded on fraudulent transactions, nor on the portion of the amount paid with Pumpum Points.
3.6. Other ways to accumulate (promotions). Occasionally, we may offer Pumpum Points for other activities, such as welcome bonuses, for writing product reviews, or during special promotions. The conditions for these accumulations will be communicated at the appropriate time.
4.1. No monetary value. Pumpum Points are not money, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.
4.2. Validity. Pumpum Points accumulated during a calendar year (from January 1 to December 31) will expire on December 31 of the second following year. For example: all Pumpum Points that you accumulate during 2025, regardless of whether it was in January or in November, will expire and be removed from your account on December 31, 2027.
4.3. Balance inquiry. You may check your Pumpum Points balance and your transaction history at any time in the "My Account" section of our website.
5.1. Redemption rate. Every one hundred (100) Pumpum Points are equivalent to one Mexican peso ($1.00 MXN) of discount applicable to the product total of your order.
5.2. Redemption limit per order. In a single purchase, the maximum discount that can be obtained by redeeming Pumpum Points may not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the product subtotal (the amount before shipping and after other discounts). For example: if the total of your desserts is $500 MXN, you may use your Pumpum Points to cover a maximum of $150 MXN of that total.
5.3. Redemption process. The option to apply your available Pumpum Points will be clearly displayed during the payment (checkout) process.
5.4. Cancellations and refunds. If an order in which Pumpum Points were redeemed is cancelled in accordance with our policy, the Pumpum Points used will be reinstated to your account. If a refund is processed for a product, the Pumpum Points earned from the purchase of that product will be deducted from your balance.
5.5. Application. Redeemed Pumpum Points apply only as a discount on the cost of the products; they may not be used to cover shipping costs.
As a Pumpum Rewards Member, we celebrate your birthday month with special rewards, the value of which is determined by your loyalty and level of spending.
6.1. Date registration. Your date of birth must be registered from your profile in "My Account". This date may be set only one (1) time. If you require a correction due to a data-entry error, you must contact Support. Any manual modification will trigger a 30-day "freeze period" during which no birthday rewards will be issued.
6.2. Calculation of the reward level. The annual benefit is calculated based on the Total Accumulated Spending on your Pumpum Desserts account during the last 365 days, calculated up to the first day of your birthday month.
6.3. Reward levels and conditions.
6.4. Validity and general birthday restrictions.
7.1. Audit and voiding of Pumpum Points or benefits. We reserve the right to audit your account and to void the accumulated Pumpum Points or the birthday benefits issued, only where there is an objective cause, such as a demonstrable system error or proven fraud or abuse of the Program. In such a case, we will inform you beforehand, indicating the cause that gives rise to the measure.
7.2. Account security and responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for the activity that occurs on your account.
7.3. Strictly personal use. The Program is designed for the personal use of end consumers. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8.1. Technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, Pumpum Desserts will not be liable for technical failures, errors, or interruptions beyond its control that may temporarily affect the operation of the Program; in such cases, we will endeavor to restore the service and preserve the Pumpum Points that correspond to you.
8.2. Scope of the limitation. Pumpum Desserts' liability arising from the Program is limited to the value of the affected Pumpum Points or benefits. This limitation does not apply in cases of negligence, willful misconduct, or bad faith on our part, nor with respect to harm to the health or physical integrity of persons, in which cases you retain in full the rights recognized to you by law.
9.1. Applicable legislation. These Rules are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States.
9.2. Jurisdiction. For the interpretation and performance of these Rules, the parties submit to the competent courts of Altamira, Tamaulipas. The foregoing is without prejudice to, and does not imply any waiver of, the rights recognized to you under consumer protection legislation, including your right to turn to PROFECO (Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency) for the resolution of disputes, as well as to the competent courts of your own domicile.
