On our website, we accept all credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers. We also accept cash payments only for orders under $150.00 MXN. For orders exceeding this amount, the system will require card payment or transfer for security purposes.
To process your order, we require a minimum down payment of 50%. However, if you are a Frequent Customer (you have a registered account on our site and at least 2 successful previous orders), you can enjoy the benefit of payment upon delivery without a deposit.
We cover the metropolitan area of Tampico, Madero, and Altamira. If you have doubts about whether we deliver to your specific neighborhood or if an extra distance fee applies, feel free to contact us before ordering.
We do not have a storefront open to the public; we operate under a Dark Kitchen model. However, we offer home delivery and can also agree on meeting points in strategic areas such as La Divisoria, La Borreguera, Miramar, or El Barquito.
To guarantee the freshness and quality that distinguishes us, we ask that you place your order 2 to 3 days in advance. We do not have cakes for immediate delivery as everything is baked to order especially for you.
If you forgot an important date, we can try to help. We accept rush orders (with a minimum delivery time of 12 to 24 hours) subject to kitchen availability, with an additional cost of $50.00 MXN for production expediting.
Of course! We love being accomplices. We can deliver the dessert directly to the celebrated person without including the receipt (we will email that to you). If the location is outside our free zone, a shipping fee of $40.00 MXN applies. We can even include a personalized note if you wish.
Yes, we can write short messages (like "Happy Birthday" or names) with frosting on the cake. This has an additional cost of $15.00 MXN. We can also add custom cards if you send us the design or text you want to include. Remember to specify this in the "comments" area when placing your order.
For Chocoflans, we recommend keeping them refrigerated to enjoy their best flavor and consistency (although they last 4-6 hours out). Brownies can be at room temperature, but we suggest keeping them in a closed container; if left in the open air for more than 8 hours, they may lose their soft "fudge" texture and harden.
Currently, our standard menu does not include gluten-free or sugar-free options, but it is something we are considering for the future. For the moment, we focus on perfecting our traditional recipes with recognized and premium brand ingredients.

Yes! We are a formal business. We issue CFDI 4.0 invoices without any problem. It is worth mentioning that most of our products (cakes and desserts) are taxed at 0% VAT and IEPS. You can request your invoice at the time of purchase or by emailing us your tax information.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the delivery date to receive a refund. If you cancel one day before (before 8:00 AM), 50% of the total will be refunded. If the product has already entered the production process, unfortunately, refunds are not possible.
